A highly qualified future-oriented tourist offer
From the ashes of the old hotel “Caorle” has rised “The One”, a new 4-star luxury hotel that opened on July 1st.
The new accommodation structure with its eight floors dominates Piazza Sant’Antonio, the entrance gate to Viale Santa Margherita for those coming from the city center. It represents an upgrade in the Ponente area and in general for the tourist offer in Caorle.
“The One” with its 92 rooms, suites, junior suites and other residential units included, with its two panoramic elevators that dominate the inner courtyard and over which spectacular walkways are drawn, wants to impress the customer.
Wellness zone, gourmet restaurant, bistro bar and the “infinity pool”, on the roof of the hotel, today the highest one (at 32 meters height) and with its 20 meters Length also the longest on the whole Adriatic coast.
“Caorle is the place we love and have always been connected to, and we wanted to build a welcoming structure that looks to the future,” said Stefano Vigani, who owns the hotel with his brother Luca. “We wanted to do something innovative that could qualify the tourist offer. Our tourism is international, and today is attracted by exotic destinations such as Dubai.
Our offer is strongly aimed at a quality service and is combined with Italian design. It was not easy, as the pandemic and the lockdown blocked works for several months, but precisely because of the difficulties, we can look back on what has been achieved with satisfaction.”
