#CAORLE4WOMEN, promotional race open to all (men and women) over the distance of 4 and 10km.

Participation is free and implies acceptance of these regulations. The event will take place in any weather condition.

OBJECTIVE
#CAORLE4WOMEN supports the educational school project, organized by the C.A.V. of Treviso and Portogruaro entitled: “Between shouting and silence we choose emotional literacy” dedicated to first and second grade secondary school students.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
The event is promotional in nature and open to all (no memberships and/or medical certificates are required)

PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee is set at €12 with a guaranteed t-shirt while stocks last. Pre-registration will close on 18th September 2023, after which it will be possible to register on the day of the race at the departure point located on the Levante beach in front of the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell’Angelo (with t-shirt if available and subject to availability).

METHOD OF REGISTRATION
Registrations without the organizational fee for participation or with incomplete address or personal data will not be accepted.

Registration in cash at the IAT of Caorle in Rio Terrà delle Botteghe, 3, 30021 Caorle VE open every day from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Payment by postal or bank transfer must be made on the current account. payable to: A.S.D. Tri Veneto Run – IBAN IT10M0890461620009000014574 – Banca Prealpi San Biagio, Conegliano branch. Reason: Registration #CAORLE4WOMEN 2023 + name of the registered person. It is mandatory to specify the name of the registered person. T-SHIRT COLLECTION The T-shirts can be collected at the secretariat of the event c/o Spiaggia di levante (departure location) on Sunday 24th September from 8.00 am to 9.45 am.

SERVICES INCLUDED
The organizational fee for participation includes: RCT and accident insurance, identification bracelet, refreshments along the route, reinforced final refreshments, official event t-shirt, medical assistance. The participation organizational fee is non-refundable. It is not possible to request a postponement.
